What you will learn

Learn the 10 fundamental rules of usability and how to use them to evaluate digital interfaces. Bring your own project you'd like to use in the workshops to improve its usability. We'll spot and correct usability problems, create clickable prototypes, and then test them with real users.

By the end of this 3-day course, you'll be able to:

  • Conduct a usability (heuristic) review
  • Conduct a competitive analysis
  • Spot and correct usability problems
  • Create a clickable prototype
  • Write a user testing guide
  • Conduct a user test

And you'll be able to take with you real, concrete improvements for the site or flow of your choice.

The commitment is a total of 2.5 days, spread over three weeks. This will be a hands-on mix of trainings, workshops and some assignments between course days. Bring your own project to use in the workshops (a website or application), or we’ll provide a sample project for you.
