Degroof Petercam hired Pàu at the start of their digital transformation effort. Together with their clients and private bankers, Pàu defined how private banking should be done in the digital age.
Using a mix of techniques derived from service design thinking and UX strategy the first projects, a new digital onboarding and a new app were delivered within the course of 6 months.
The team at Degroof Petercam includes a UX strategist, a concept designer and a visual designer. All of them work closely together with the development team to ensure the best implementation possible.
In 2017 the first version of the Degroof Petercam iPhone app was launched under critical acclaim. Since then several iterations had only made it better. Since mid 2018 it’s also possible for prospect clients to complete their onboarding as a client online via a privately distributed web app.
