Our Pàu team helps KBC to be the most innovative bank in Belgium day in day out. Pàu consultants, design, test and develop the newest functionalities that KBC wants to implement in their app and on their website. They oversee consistency within KBC’s ecosystem and help to create the best User experience within the Banking industry.
The main Pàu team at KBC consists out of UX designers supported by a developer. They all work on different projects under the auspices of the UX lead at KBC.
Since arriving at KBC our consultants completed different projects. The biggest ones are the implementation of Doccle (an online document platform) and the integration of different 3d party services for public transport and parking in the KBC app itself. Furthermore Pàu consultants help to improve the overall experience of the KBC insurance products by testing them on a weekly basis and making suggestion on how to make them better.
