At Telenet, Flanders most important Telecom operator, Pàu helps to design, develop and maintain campaign and customer websites. Our webmasters work with Adobe Experience Manager and Selligent tooling to make sure all the content is up to date and campaigns are carried out effortlessly. Recently Pàu has also been involved in the strategic design exercise that is redefining all touchpoints for existing and future Telenet customers.
The Pàu team at Telenet consists of skilled developers and webmasters working on the digital presence of Telenet today. These Agile teams are supported by Pàu team leads in Product Owner and Scrum Master roles. Senior UX designers work in parallel on the strategic redesign of Telenet’s various touchpoints.
The project at Telenet is still ongoing and several implementations of our team got a very good reception from the client. The completely re-designed and re-developed ‘netweters.be’ doubled in users and amount of questions that were asked on the platform. The strategic re-design of the different touchpoints will go in to production soon.
