With separate office accounts within a single central ATS system, each office managed its own data. The challenge was to retrieve, synchronize, and present this data accurately without errors or duplicates while maintaining the central operations of the organization.

The platform needed to handle large volumes of job listings and applications reliably. A robust approach was needed to handle fluctuating traffic volumes and peak user activity, maintaining stability.

The platform had to be simple and accessible for job seekers. This meant job listings had to be easy to find, and the application process should go as smoothly as possible, regardless of the underlying technical complexity.

We chose Craft CMS as the foundation for the platform due to its flexibility and scalability. This allowed us to build a user-friendly interface and seamlessly integrate with the ATS system.

With an advanced mapping system, we eliminated duplicate data and ensured that the data from each office was correctly processed and displayed. This processing happens in the background, ensuring a smooth user experience.

The search function, powered by Typesense, ensures that candidates can immediately find the most relevant job listings. This improves both the ease of use and the effectiveness of the platform.
