Who is Green Masters?

Green Masters is a subsidiary of the Multi Masters Group. In turn, they are part of the Samsic Group, a European leader in service provision. They are responsible for the maintenance of green spaces and parking lots, sustainable green management, biodiversity, and winter services.

The team at Pàu worked on a successful digitalization project for the Multi Masters Group, focusing on quality, sustainability, and safety in the workplace. Green Masters launched a new application that improves the efficiency and productivity of their maintenance teams.

Challenge

How can we boost efficiency and productivity?

Scheduling

Scheduling for the various services was often complex and unclear. However, for Green Masters, it is crucial that the maintenance teams can carry out their tasks as smoothly as possible and that they can also communicate the services provided to internal departments for accurate processing.

Step by step to a smart solution

Discovery workshop

During an intensive discovery workshop with the Green Masters project team and our UX experts, we outlined the strategy and vision, visualized the challenges, and prioritized the actions to be taken.

User research

Next, we immediately began investigating user habits and uncovering the difficulties, both internally and externally. The task flow was completely restructured to be more user-centered, rather than based on existing processes.

Efficiency & productivity

We met Green Masters’ expectations by integrating the use of digital technology into new work processes. This drastically reduces the amount of repetitive administrative work and boosts sustainability. Communication between employees, customers, and the back office is now faster and clearer.
