Challenge
Digitizing a traditional approach
For both tenants and landlords, the experience needed to be simple and intuitive, regardless of their technical knowledge. This required seamless integration of complex functionalities in an easy-to-understand way.
The platform needed to facilitate several complex user flows, including registration via community links, direct registrations, co-tenant management, and landlord verifications. Additionally, seamless integration with payment systems and insurance partners was essential.
The development required an advanced technical architecture with Vue.js for the frontend and Yii/PHP for the backend, focusing on building a scalable and reliable system that meets WCAG Level AA accessibility requirements.
The platform needed to process sensitive personal and financial data with strict security measures, while providing a user-friendly experience for all parties involved.
