Functional analyst / Business analyst
We are looking for driven functional analysts and business analysts to strengthen our team at Pàu.
Your profile
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
- You have more than 3 years of experience as a business analyst or functional analyst
- You have experience in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- You have knowledge of functional analysis methods and techniques
- You are familiar with drawing up requirements and translating these requirements into functional specifications
- You have excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- You have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are flexible in terms of location as we work with clients all over Flanders and Brussels.
- A customer-oriented mindset is a must-have. You are confident to advise clients on the best possible solutions and like to ask questions to understand user needs.

Core skills
- You will be responsible for performing detailed analyses of business processes and identifying potential improvements.
- You will work closely with our customers and internal teams to understand and document requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
- As an analyst at Pàu, you will also be responsible for creating functional specifications and guiding the development team in implementing these specifications.
- You will also be involved in testing and validating the developed solutions to ensure they meet the stated requirements.
- To be successful in this role, you must have a strong analytical mind and be able to understand complex business processes and translate them into concrete specifications.
