Description
As Product Owner you are responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, in close collaboration with stakeholders and the development team. You understand the vision and needs of our customers and translate these into clear and achievable goals for the team.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in a digital consultancy environment.
- Customer focus is in your DNA. You can communicate effectively with customers to understand their wishes and requirements and translate them into product functionalities.
- You have an analytical mind and are able to analyze complex problems and find solutions that add value for both users and the company.
- You are a team player and can work well with different disciplines, such as developers, designers and stakeholders.
- Flexibility is evident to you, given the collaboration with customers throughout Flanders and Brussels.
Core skills
- Experience with defining and prioritizing the product backlog, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to communicate and monitor the vision and goals of the product throughout the development process.
- Knowledge of Agile principles and experience with Scrum or Kanban.
- A passion for delivering high-quality digital products and striving for continuous improvement.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello or Asana is a plus.
