Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing various digital projects for our clients. You have an eye for detail and can communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a project manager in a digital consultancy environment.
- You are a natural leader and can motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellent results.
- Customer focus is in your DNA. You understand the needs of customers and can translate these into clear project objectives.
- You have strong analytical skills and can solve complex problems in a rapidly changing environment.
- Flexibility is self-evident to you, given the collaboration with customers throughout Flanders and Brussels.
Core skills
- Experience in developing and managing project plans, including setting milestones and allocating resources.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and manage risks to ensure successful project execution.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK or Agile/Scrum.
- Knowledge of digital trends and technologies is a must.
