Description
As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating and optimizing our Agile development processes. You work closely with multidisciplinary teams and ensure that they can work effectively according to the Agile principles. In doing so, you contribute to creating a culture of continuous improvement and empowerment within the team.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a digital consultancy environment.
- Customer focus is in your DNA. You are able to understand the needs of both customers and users and translate them into concrete actions for the team.
- You have a proactive attitude and are always looking for ways to improve processes and tackle challenges.
- You have excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Flexibility is self-evident to you, given the collaboration with customers throughout Flanders and Brussels.
Core skills
- Experience facilitating Agile methodologies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Ability to identify and resolve obstacles to ensure team progress.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools and techniques such as Jira and Confluence.
- A passion for coaching and guiding team members to their maximum potential.
- Knowledge of UX design and digital trends is a plus.
