UI Designer
Creating the human interaction between the user and the system is not easy. You are a problem solver at heart and work iteratively towards your end goal (the final product). You create interactive prototypes to ask questions, test scenarios and validate interaction patterns with the user and stakeholders. Last but not least, you know and practice the latest design trends without losing sight of the basics.
During your design process, you strive for the highest level of quality for every screen, for every device. You get a bit ‘itchy’ when you notice misalignments, incorrect spacing or unexpected font sizes.
Designing a digital product is not just a job for you. You want to add value for both the user and the company.
Description
As a UI design specialist, you will work closely with UX designers, researchers and the development team. Through collaboration, you will distill the right information you need to design delightful, user-friendly interfaces.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
- You have more than 3 years of experience as a UI designer
- You are customer-oriented and a team player.

Core skills
- You enjoy creating user flows, detailed wireframes and prototypes
- You are skilled in creating attractive and functional visual designs for user interfaces.
- You are familiar with accessibility
- Knowledge to design user-friendly interfaces is crucial.
- You have a very good knowledge of Figma.
- You have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Nice to have: experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
